According to SAG-AFTRA, an intimacy coordinator is "an advocate, a liaison between actors and production, and a movement coach and/or choreographer in regards to nudity and simulated sex and other intimate and hyper-exposed scenes."

Much like a stunt coordinator assists in the choreography of simulated violence and makes sure to keep actors physically safe, as an IC I can help facilitate conversations around boundaries, assist with choreography, and also work as a liaison and advocate for actors during scenes with simulated sex, nudity, and hyper-exposure.  I am passionate about collaborating with directors to prioritize both the story and the safety of all involved through repeatable choreography that encourages improvisation grounded in scene-specific boundaries.

Through an extensive and multi-dimensional acting career, I understand the delicate dynamics of working on set and the importance of efficiency. Through my human-first approach and the prioritization of the wellbeing of all involved, I believe that stories will thrive when everyone feels empowered to do their best work.

*I am a fully trained intimacy coordinator through a SAG-AFTRA accredited program.
